Part (1)

is Residential component land with plot area of 164,500.59 sq.m. & BUA of approx. 199,200.00 sq.m. (B+G+5)

and service component with plot area of 19,740.00 sq.m. and BUA of approx. 31,580.00 sq.m. (B+G+3)

Part (2)

Administrative and commercial components with total Plot Area 18,277.84 sq.m. & BUA of approx. 21,933.40 sq.m. (B+G+3)
